CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected events can occur. As a courtesy, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another valued client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee. The cancellation fee is 50 % of the scheduled service cost.No show fees are 100% of the service scheduled. This fee will be charged to your credit card on file or at your next service.
